Sam Guzik is a multimedia journalist specializing in visual and interactive storytelling. Currently, he is the multimedia editor of Newsday’s editorial board.
His reporting, photography and videography has featured in publications including NPR, The Miami Herald, DNAinfo.com and AOL News. He is a graduate of Columbia’s Graduate School of Journalism, where he was recognized with a Pulitzer Traveling Fellowship. Prior to attending Columbia, Sam studied at Washington University in St. Louis where he worked for Student Life — the university’s independent, student-run newspaper and one of the oldest newspapers in Missouri.
